This diner is just too amazingly beautiful and cool to sit empty. So very sad. I hope this building is not demolished for some development project. I hope to read a future post about how someone has bought this property and brought it back to it's former glory.

Oh, to be a Warren Buffett or Oprah Winfrey or Bill Gates... I'd make it a hobby to buy and restore these beauties.
