Good for you! I bet you get a lot of exercise out of it. :-)
I used to live on a third floor walk up and the first couple of months were rough. After that, it was no big deal since my body acclimatized to the climb every day.
That said, 7 floors is a lot of stairs to climb. My former coworker lives in a 6th floor walk up on West 10th too. I've been to her place many times and each time, I show up at her door looking totally out of breath.

On my way up to visit you, I actually get dizzy and I have to stop 3 times to rest.

Deb....just get your man to carry you up! ha ha.
Ming showed me how to make my pics bigger and I can't thank him enough. Now if only he can help me make my pecs bigger...ha ha LOL
good grief, I bet grocery day is a nightmare...and laundry day.
that a lot of stairs to climb, a real stairmaster. Even complete with a spinning area in the staircase.
So that's how you get your cardio.
Oh wow, what a perspective!
You are brave :)
Nice shot -- reminds a bit of the cover of Swing the Heartache by Bauhaus
I live on the 3rd floor of a walkup and yes, it is my excuse to skip the gym.
Good, I see Ming gave you the tip on pic size. Post a pic when he gives you the other tip, lol.
On the bright side, I'll bet your stamina is pretty terrific.
How many steps do you have? I have 76 in my 6th floor walk up.
