I know of two similar diners, Nickey's Diner in St. Paul, MN, and The Diner in Sioux Falls, SD. There used to be one in East Aurora, NY, but not sure it is still there. Beautiful light in this shot.
I've had dinner there less than a month ago while staying in NY. It was good, the waiter was nice and it's beautiful inside too. It used to be one of the most famous diners in NY when it was still called The Empire Diner.
