This is an old timey buzzer/intercom for sure. Some places never change??Is this a current photo? or a photo from a time gone by Ken Mac??

Haven't seen one of these for a long time, but then I haven't lived in a big city for a long time...

I wonder if the intercom works, and if not, would they buzz you in?
