Nicely I consider every person currently answered that certainly developing muscle first is much more efficient (as it's the 1 in the core philosophies of Stronglifts).
I'm not surprised. I try to catch strangers on the sly to avoid that very problem. Back in the day, the photo magazines said we should ask permission, but that gets clumsy.
