Please post a photo of Minetta Garden!I saw it in March but it must be looking very pretty now. I think green spaces are so precious in any big city like New York.So how about some summer garden shots?
Thanks for all the kind comments, everyone. FYI, around the turn of the last century Minetta Lane was full of brothels. Dock workers and sailors from the nearby port (Hudson five minutes walk)ended their nights "strolling the lane...."
miss this street... used to cut thru to get home on 3rd street @ Macdougal. thanks for reminding me of a fun time living in the village. i'm now on the west coast.

I would never think this to be NYC.
Great color, great detail. This was shot with a nice camera, I'll bet.
Great looking scene.

Nice night for a walk.
Ah, this is one of your movie-set scenes. At least for me.
Great colours!
The colours and textures in this photo are just great. Love the light.
Love to look at your night shots of the city.
oooohhhh Ken Mac! This photo and especially the last one, are right up my alley. Great shots!
KM,
You're getting better and better and you were already good!!! This is a fine one. You know how I love that light.

Inviting street. Who knew there was a street in NYC called a "lane"?

Great color, Ken Mac! Fantastic photo!
Very nice! And I wonder if Minetta Tavern is still there. I remember going there in the 70s.
