The Mister and me recently took a friend from the UK (sax player with the Specials) on a bar tour. After we stumbled out of Milano's in the early morning darkness—where we had last been 15 years ago—we passed this old fave but age diminishes the staying power and we nodded with nostalgia and kept going.

This looks like an original.
Looks like a nice place.
Looks like a place we would quickly pass by. Good shot though.
Darryl and Ruth : )
From the outside it looks cool, but go inside? No thanks, I'll go eat somewhere else ;-)

Now I know if I'm ever supposed to meet someone at 25 E. 1ST that I'm being set up...
it's a pretty cool corner indeed. I like the view along the avenue side.
I'd probably open the door to see what was behind all this street art. Curiosity simply abounds when I'm wandering.
I remember you posted place this last year. You still did go in? :)
Since the walls change here almost daily, it would be cool to do a time-lapse series.
