I might be glad the truck is there, for contrast, but it surely is the one thing in "One of these things is not like the other." I like the sweet portrait of the humans and I like the buildings and old brick and windows arched for contrast against the stone. Everything has character except the truck, which shouts at me, says "Look at me! I'm big and shiny and powerful. I matter." No, you don't.
