that is actually Storm King that overlooks Garrison where this photo is taken I know that road as one of the most beautiful in the world riding my bike up from Manhattan it is about 120 miles
Yes, thanks to Anonymous--I was figuring the Adirondaks. It does look chilly--is that there or am I putting it there? Also, it reminds me of Michigan's upper peninsula, tho' I don't remember hills this big right beside big water . . . .

that is a round trip 60 up and 60 back through west point and bear Mt state park
