Great shot! I look forward to seeing many more of your pictures from NYC. I gather this street takes on many different personas based on the time of day and the weather conditions.
Close your eyes. Here in SF..the waves are large and the temps balmy. Dressing in layers...wetsuit and a surfboard. Thank you for sharing a daily view of NYC..such a longing it stirs.
I have enjoyed these last two photos. The first in the middle of the storm captures it's beauty and struggles. And then the aftermath... I like the evolution of the street.
Ah, right. McDougal. I should have seen the Minetta Tavern sign. It's unrecognizable from this vantage point. All my memories of the street, looking south towards Bleecker, are from street level.

Crisp is the first word that came to my mind!
I envy your view! Enjoy it that the street can hold so many variations....
Can't it be Spring yet?
This one is great too! Love the fire-escapes outlined with snow.

This is grogeous. Now you can see that red pop!!!
One word comes to mind: time-less. Ok maybe two words.
I also love the zig zag pattern of the fire escapes.
love how the snow covers the tree branches and fire escapes.
i want to go here so badly
Ken Mac! Hey! Thanks for the visit. You sure are getting a taste of winter this year. Love the way the snow sticks to the fire escapes.

I love all the snow covered fire escapes.
ha, the fire escapes. So cool!
pun intended.
Love the zigzag of snow up the fire escapes.
This is so gorgeous. But I do feel guilty for the 80 degree weather we've been having lately. You guys have been hammered this winter.

The contrast between the snow and the red brick always fascinates me.

Is it fair to just say, "Ditto all of the above"? The fire escapes really caught my attention.
That is a beautiful view of the city with the snow covered trees and fire escapes against the colorful buildings.
This series of photos is beautiful.

This is a spectacular shot, with the snow frosting both the trees and fire escapes in such an artistic way.
