Really like the angle and lines in this pic, and as Birdman noted, the colors. The contrast between the sharp textures of the icicles in the foreground and the out-of-focus canted buildings in the background is great, too; especially the gigantic letters on the side of the blue structure.
Angles, colors, focus, letters--I agree with the others. some really nice elements here. Tilt. Dizzy. Kind of nasty, icy, toothy, but the blue and tan are also warm.
