Like everything in NYC, it's all about money. After 60 years in business, Joe's Dairy closed Saturday: the rent doubled.  In the corner, Joe Jr gives the world his 2 cents.
"Joe's Dairy was one of the last remnants of working-class SoHo. It hailed from a time before the art galleries, before the boutique shops, before the luxury chains.
