Homestead Gourmet Shop. Kew Gardens, Queens. Old school German deli with an ancient coffee grinder, sausages, pickles, chocolate, and counter-persons dressed like nurses.

Love it - Queens has some great old businesses left. KM, I wanted to send you an invitation to a show but couldn't find an address. Trash! at City Reliquary (Williamsburg), reception on November 12th at 12 pm. http://www.cityreliquary.org/nyctrash. A great little museum and there'll be some good things to see.

When I originally commented I clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Thanks!

This is the right blog for anyone who wants to find out about this topic. You realize so much its almost hard to argue with you (not that I actually would want…HaHa). You definitely put a new spin on a topic thats been written about for years. Great stuff, just great!
