How could any injustice ever emanate from such a solid structure? Yes, some sarcasm, but I also do suspect that noble appearance in a LARGE, IMPORTANT, STONE building improves the chances for noble behavior and thought. I bet it's not all theory; I bet there's some truth in it. But how would we prove that? And what do our contemporary tall glass rectangles--wet dreams of numbers crunchers?--do for our behavior and thought? Truth, justice, and the American Way reduced to a symmetry of equations and algorithms?

Great balance here. I love the color and architecture of the old buildings of the East.
