Ken Mac-
Did you know that the cables you see there on the bridge were actually spun in place by the builders of the Brooklyn Bridge?
Read David McCollough's The Great Bridge-one of the best books I have EVER read!
Wow, thanks Roseann.
Very cool POV , KM. Wonderful old bridge!

Great bridge photo - lots and lots of cables!
Happy weekend regards from EAGAN daily photo
Classic view and cool shot!
I read that book too - it is fascinating. That photo is iconic.
Magnificent!
What a cool structure. I almost believe those cables will hold it up. Physics is another word for voodoo.
a classic shot!
Stunning photo, Ken Mac!
Powerful image. Your photo of the tower arches reminds me of gothic church ruins. Maybe I should say "gothem" arches.
Nice picture!
