You might try using Lightroom 3 instead of Photoshop. I've gone over completely, and rarely open up PS any more. Sooo much easier to use, and many more tools. I don't think this would have happened with LR.
Not sure you need photoshop, you take very good natural pictures. That is one reason I follow you. The contrast in the bright yellow and blue works here.

thanks for the comments everyone. I only used photoshop here to remove a guy that was standing next to the woman. I used the wrong brush, and it took off half her arm! But the colors are straight outta the camera, got this new amazing lens, Canon 70 200 f4 L

Nice hair, nice colors! I wouldn't have have seen any potential in this angle, but it really works great.
