Old Tribeca Storefront, Pt. 1

...and one of my favorite buildings, the last of its kind below Canal and above the Financial District...

I wonder if it will be refurbished or torn down. I really hate to see cool old buildings get the wrecking ball.

My thoughts immediately went the way of James' (James's? That just sounds weird), what will be this building's fate? I actually like it in this state of decay, with all its years showing.

i love the ruination! In New York, you never know what we be razed or restored, so a building like is a time capsule awaiting its fate.

I'd get out there with a razor blade and get the %&%$#@ grafitti off the windows, then I'd take as many photos as I could of this great old building. THIS is what I expect to see here KM. Leave those glitzy, sleek showgirls to the rest of 'em. You know where you belong.
