Modern-looking young woman in a not-modern, worn setting. It's knocked her down, she can't get up, maybe. It's blown off the top of her head. Sad and spooky.

Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass - I had to look it up but am fascinated at the similarities between your photo and scenes in areas of Paris. Perhaps this is just a big-city phenomenon, but I wonder.
