Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass - I had to look it up but am fascinated at the similarities between your photo and scenes in areas of Paris. Perhaps this is just a big-city phenomenon, but I wonder.

Ok, 2 things... she looks a bit tortured and pleeeeze explain Dumbo. Have you and I missed it? Is it a neighborhood? Gotta know this.
