Hi Ken thanks for dropping bye. In answer to your question Thanet is on the very South East tip of England 90 Miles from London in distance but a million miles in reality. Our most famous daughter comes from Margate Tracey Emin the artist who you may be familiar with. Margate is famous for Dreamland the now defunct 19th/20th century amusement park. great photo....brings back happy memories of my days in Brooklyn! loved the botanical garden--it was just a few blocks from where i lived. right near the fabulous Brooklyn Library, too.
This famous garden in Brooklyn is inspiring us for a great walk around these lovely trees.I like so much the shadows on the grass in this pictures! Léia
