Ken, this is a marvelous photo. Capture a different time, and a current time. Having grown up in Los Angeles, I find this very gothic and downtown L.A. Love it.
Exteriors like this are a bit foreboding, but I still prefer them to the modern, by and large. Wonder if the inside is OK. Might be room for all the crazy relatives as well as the sane ones.
You take me back. I lived in a place like this during some college years in Champaign-Urbana. From the street and at a distance, her face was beautiful. With all the people and dogs inside, her innards suffered.
