Bigelow Lights

Located at the corner of 6th Avenue and 8th Street, Bigelow Pharmacy is the place to go for French toothpaste and soap, exotic ($$$) cosmetics, and specialty hair brushes. Drugs too. Just don't take a photo inside the store or they will bite your head off! Dig their crazy neon sign!

Looks, and sounds, positively sinful! ;-)

Almost forgot: my header image is just a single image, composed in Photoshop. I picked up the blue of the Blogger background, pasted little photos of the same height into different layers, applied the Outer Glow effect to each layer, flattened all the layers, and saved it as a JPG image.

If you click on Layout > Page Elements > Header, you'll see the maximum width you can use for the image. I subtracted 4 pixels from that maximum so the rules can be seen.

Hope this helps.

Greetings from Juneau, Alaska!
I've enjoyed visiting your blog and look forward to seeing more of Greenwich Village. Keep up the great work!

Always ask permission to take pictures in someone's store, remember you are on someone else's property.
Sense of entitlement is what's screwed this city up.
